Be part of Harbour Studios from the very beginning.
Our Founders Membership is an opportunity to help bring Harbour Studios to life and become part of its story. As we prepare to open our new creative home in Sunniside, we're inviting people to become Founders Members and help us build something special for Sunderland's creative community.
What's included?
Exclusive Founders T-shirt – a little something to wear with pride and show your support for Harbour.
Founders pin badge – a keepsake celebrating your part in our beginnings.
Your place on the Founders Doodle Wall – our in-house artist will create a doodle portrait of you, forming part of a permanent artwork celebrating the people who helped make Harbour happen.
A lasting legacy – recognition as one of the people who supported Harbour Studios from the beginning.
Where does your £45 go?
Every Founders Membership directly supports the opening of Harbour Studios, helping us purchase the equipment, tools and materials needed to get our creative spaces up and running. As a Community Interest Company, Harbour Studios reinvests its income into supporting artists, creating opportunities and developing accessible creative spaces for our local community.
Who can become a Founders Member?
Anyone! You don't have to be an artist or maker. Whether you're a local resident, creative professional, friend, family member or someone who believes Sunderland deserves more creative spaces, we'd love you to be part of it.
A few important details
£45 is a one-off contribution, not a monthly or annual subscription.
Founders Membership is primarily about supporting Harbour's launch rather than accessing studios or equipment.
Anyone wishing to use the making facilities can also join through our Maker, Social or Desk Membership options.
